Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Office Manager to join our amazing team. This is a fun, fast paced insurance office that has a great working environment. You will need to be able to work individually as well as part of our team. We are willing to train the right individual.  You will be responsible as the assistant office manager to do the following tasks:


-Taking  and making phone calls to clients to help out with all their insurance needs.

-Noting each phone call and client interaction in CRM. (we will train you in all computer programs)

-Assessing insurance policies as they renew each year and help to apply discounts.

-Go through the mail each day and distribute where needed.

-Working with clients and underwriters to get all required documents submitted.

-Helping with overflow work from Office Manager



Customer Service Oriented

Ability to take phone calls and assist with client needs

Basic Computer Knowledge

Typing Skills

Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
