Full-Time Customer Service / Admin (Ecommerce)

Job Description

BuyBoxer now helps manage the Amazon sales channel for nearly 200 brands, providing strategy consulting, marketing and retail operations services.  Part retailer, part tech startup, part marketing machine, BuyBoxer is growing quickly and we’re always recruiting for driven leaders to ambitious recent college grads to join our team.

We’re looking for a customer service and administrative pro to help take care of our partners.

What we’re after:

-1+ years direct experience in data entry or equivalent
-Strong time management skills in order to manage multiple deadlines independently
-Responsiveness to communications from others Familiarity and confidence working with computers, computer software, and the Google family of products (Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.)
-Training in analysis, and a zeal for making decisions in spreadsheets
-Exposure to Amazon selling programs (e.g. FBA, Vendor Central), or to e-commerce in general, a plus
-An undergraduate degree in any field a plus
-The ability to work remotely (e.g. an equipped home office) a plus but not necessary
