Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Auric is all about making commerce easy for everyone. Business owners today pay way too much to simply be able to accept credit card payments, and we are looking to change that. But we need your help!
Auric is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for immediate hire to join our rapidly-expanding national organization. Customer Service Representative will assist existing customers through means of telephone, email, and IM. There is also light technical support involved, so candidates that are tech savvy move to the front of the line.
Auric has a Business Casual environment and all our team members are W2 employees.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm – no nights or weekends!
All new team members receive paid training and hands-on mentorship.
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Strong verbal/written communications skills
- Passion for technology
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, MS Word, etc…)
- Type at least 50 WPM
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE, UPBEAT AND HARD WORKING!
