Job Description

Kartchner Inc. is seeking a Spectacular HR Administrator, who has the ability to evaluate, recruit, and teach, to join our growing Real-estate, Development, and Asset Management group.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Recruitment, Evaluation, Onboarding, and Relations Building
  • Assist with Compensation and Benefits Administration and questions
  • Maintain employee records and systems
  • Employment Safety
  • Employment Manual and Updates
  • Organizational chart and job description documentation
  • Policy Development
  • Performance reviews and growth plans, and educate managers how to do the same
  • Plan events and promote culture and goals
  • Plan company and vendor recognition programs
  • Confidentiality

Required experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or Business-related degree
  • Two or more years of Human Resource or related experience
  • Excellent Trainer, Educator, and Presenter
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, and Google products
  • Organized, detailed planner, able to make decisions
  • Ability to manage conflict and negotiate
  • Keen understanding of people and processes
  • Think analytically and deft problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable using social media in a professional setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external parties in a manner that generates excitement and builds confidence in established processes.
