Job Description

Human Resources Job Duties:
Job descriptions as follows; but not limited to:
⦁ Hire and recruit employees in multiple areas.
⦁ Maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
⦁ Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
⦁ Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
⦁ Scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
⦁ Maintaining records.
⦁ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
⦁ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in professional societies.
⦁ Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
⦁ Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
⦁ Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
⦁ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
⦁ Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
⦁ Knowledge and experience in organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
⦁ Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
⦁ Outstanding interpersonal relationships.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to lead and develop employees.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
⦁ Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
⦁ Evidence of the ability to practice and coach employees in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
⦁ Excellent organizational management skills.
⦁ Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
$8-$14/hr plus commission depending upon experience.
This position will be part-time. (10-25 hrs/week) Could grow in to a full-time position.
Will work with your schedule.
Some telecommute could be allowed.
