Job Description

  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about product support and subscription based services.
  • Discover the root cause of problems by technically troubleshooting the software issue to identify the action required to resolve the customers concerns.
  • Provide a seamless customer experience through product and software support.
  • Technically troubleshoot software issues, update uninstall and reinstall applications.
  • May have additional opportunities for candidates with fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to support customer through; chat, email and calls.
  • Knowledge of ISP’s, Routers and home network setups.
  • Knowledge of Apple and Android products: tablets, smart phones, ect.
  • Excellent work attendance
  • Other duties as assigned.
