Job Description

theLogoShop is seeking two sociable people with excellent attention to details and a positive team oriented attitude to join their team in the business office.

Position Responsibilities

  • Answering phones
  • Taking and distributing accurate messages
  • Greeting clients
  • Responding to email requests for information
  • Placing and tracking orders with vendors (online and via telephone)
  • Addressing customer questions relating to their order(s)
  • Preparing invoices in Intuit QuickBooks
  • Interfacing with graphic design, embroidery, and screen printing team members in-house to follow through on order details
  • Maintain corporate social media accounts
  • Filing various paperwork and files
  • Performing work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and other pick-ups in company vehicle
  • Compiling and distributing customer correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned or observed

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office experience is preferred
  • Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and ability to learn a point-of-sale system (QuickBooks)
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
  • Numeracy and literacy skills

Part Time: ~24 hours per week, flexible Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30

Wage: $10.00/hr.
